Objectifs :
Le premier Salon Energie de Courcelles, initié par le CPAS de Courcelles, fin 2017, avait pour ambition de mettre en avant la thématique énergie sur le territoire communal. L’idée était d’organiser une rencontre entre des spécialistes locaux et régionaux en conseils énergétiques et les citoyens de la commune, sous forme de stands d’informations, et de mettre également en avant des initiatives locales notamment comme celle de l’école de la Fléchère qui mène un projet Energie au sein de l’établissement.
Lors de l’évènement, les citoyens ont donc eu la possibilité de passer de stands en stands pour s’informer et trouver des réponses quant à l’amélioration de leur confort énergétique. Chaque intervenant a pu discuter individuellement avec les citoyens intéressés.
Rôle d’Espace Environnement :
Espace Environnement a été mandaté par le CPAS de Courcelles pour organiser l’évènement. La mission conférée était de prendre contact avec de nombreux et différents intervenants locaux susceptibles d’être présents sur le salon et surtout capables de tenir un stand pour informer les citoyens de Courcelles.
Démarches/Étapes (max 200 mots) :
Une première rencontre préalable avec le CPAS et l’Administration communale a permis de fixer différents points d’organisation de l’évènement :
la date : fixée au même moment que le marché des produits locaux qui attire de nombreux citoyens de l’entité ;
la liste des participants éventuels pour rendre le salon diversifié et attractif ;
la communication et le montage du chapiteau (CPAS et l’Administration communale) ;
Espace Environnement s’est chargé des contacts avec les intervenants et de l’organisation du chapiteau lors de l’évènement
Dans un deuxième temps, Espace Environnement a contacté de nombreux intervenants et a fait un suivi régulier avec le CPAS pour l’état d’avancement. Au terme des contacts pris, 9 intervenants ont acceptés de participer au Salon, de nombreux autres n’étant malheureusement pas disponibles ce jour-là. Pour les participants, il s’agissait notamment des services énergie de la commune, d’asbl ou encore d’entreprises (Ventis, les Amis de la Terre, E2=MC, Revert, de l’école de la Flechère (Courcelles), Cociter, Cozy Car).

Résultats :
Le Salon Energie s’est déroulé le vendredi 8 septembre en soirée, en parallèle au marché des produits locaux.
Pour le CPAS, il était judicieux d’organiser ce premier Salon Energie en même temps qu’un évènement déjà ancré au niveau communal et qui attire de nombreux citoyens de la commune.
Le jour de l’évènement, le temps orageux n’a pas amené le nombre espéré de citoyens. Cependant, les contacts pris entre les citoyens et intervenants ont fait que ce premier Salon fut tout de même un beau succès.
Perspectives :
A l’issue de la tenue du Salon, un débriefing a été organisé entre le CPAS et Espace Environnement. Il en est ressorti que le CPAS avait l’envie de réitérer la mise en place d’un second Salon pour l’année 2018. L’objectif étant, pour l’année suivante, d’élargir l’évènement en recontactant tous les participants qui n’ont malheureusement pas pu prendre part à ce premier évènement par manque de disponibilité.
